Reconnect - Watercolor Card

This beautiful watercolor image paired with the quote really communicates the importance of reconnecting with your deepest self.  A safety that comes when you truly love yourself and your body and are rooted in that love.

This specific card is a portrait of a beautiful friend of mine.  She is a blacksmith and the work of art she wears around her neck and down her spine in this image is foraged art she created from steel and copper.  She had an intense life-saving surgery as a 6-week-old infant that left her with a hip scar and in her words, "a boatload of emotional trauma patterns."  The piece of art she created is a reclamation of her body and creates a circuit between the top and bottom of her spinal cord.

This watercolor card is handmade with love and a deep sense of remembering.
